Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before using the AAA Transfers chauffeur services (“Service”) provided by AAA Transfers (“Company”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please refrain from using the Service.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1. To book a chauffeur service, you must provide accurate and complete information, including the pickup location, destination, and desired date and time. You must also provide your name, contact details, and any special requirements.
2.2. The prices for the Service will be provided to you upon booking and are subject to change at the Company’s discretion. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD), unless otherwise specified.
2.3. Payment for the Service must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Company. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other methods as made available by the Company.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1. Cancellations made by the customer must be communicated to the Company at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee, as determined by the Company.
3.2. In the event of a cancellation by the Company due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, the customer will be entitled to a full refund or offered an alternative arrangement, as determined by the Company.
4. Responsibilities and Liabilities
4.1. The Company will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely and reliable chauffeur services. However, the Company shall not be held liable for any delays, losses, or damages arising from factors beyond its control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, accidents, or road closures.
4.2. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding pickup locations, destinations, and any changes to the itinerary. The Company shall not be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
4.3. The Company’s liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising out of the provision of the Service, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.
5. Compliance with Laws
5.1. The customer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Service. The Company shall not be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from the customer’s failure to comply with such laws and regulations.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
6.1. The Company collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on the AAA Transfers website.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. The content, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property displayed on the AAA Transfers website are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are prohibited from using, reproducing, or distributing any of the Company’s intellectual property without prior written consent.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
9. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
9.1. The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
